		<description>While my own guarding.p2p file blocks something like 65% of all ip's on the net now, I know that 'smart' agencies are not using corporate ranges anymore... So really, you're only protected against lamer agencies...  Definately worthy of running but never trust that just because they can't connect to you that they dont know what your doing. Bit torrent (and most others) will still show your ip as sharing/downloading - even if they can't connect to you.

The only transfer's that are remotely safe are private group, secured by transfer appz like waste... and even then ya better trust the ppl in your group since trusted-users can monitor eachother if they really wanted to.

I'll stick to creative commons released movies/music and good ol linux iso's lol!

anyone who is pissed of at the music industry, government spying on you etc. should implement  PeerGuardian on their website(if possible) so that all the IPs blocked in PeerGuardian will not have access to your website:).
