		<description>Alex, as a member of the machinima community, this is a big issue among our group. I really like your reasoning here. Paul Marino is working to try to convince game companies like Epic and Valve to do something very much like you suggest. With the &quot;fair use&quot; aspect of copyright being eroded continually, this issue of owning your machinima will have to be addressed in the future. Not too many companies are open to this idea, however. Reallusions, who makes Iclone, a new kid on the machinima block, is stating that a commercial license comes with the purchase price of their software. I hope this is the wave of the futue for smaller 3d animation/machinima companies.
