What difference would there be if Gore won? Higher taxes? Higher fuel prices? More restrictive government? You bet these things would happen!!! It doesn't matter if a "Democrat" or "Republican" is in office. The same thing will still happen, only in a different way.

As for me supporting terrorism, I DO NOT!!! I just want policy makers think hard about policies and look at negative consequences as well as the positive. President Bush is only one man, and there are plenty of things that happen that is out of his control. Rather than insult specific people, we should concentrate on ridding ouselves of the corrupt Republican and Democratic parties and start supporting the alternative, less corrupt political parties such as the Libertarian and Constitution parties

If politicians want to get something done, they ought to make that thing practical and explain why it should be done. Most people will cooperate willingly. Instead, most of them prefer forcing their wishes onto others. A free society with limited government would make a strong society.

there's discrepencies and small amounts of fraud in every election from both sides. unless the election is close no one gives a damn. But when it's close its easy to yell FOUL!!!! NOT FAIR!!! Look what happened with Nixon and Kennedy. Nixon was smart and didn't challange it because he knew he'd be perceived as a spoiler even though he had a good case. His chance came. Gore and his advisors (right or wrong) didn't have the brains to do that. Now Gore could never win the presidency.

Bush won cause he got the most electorial votes. that's the way the constitution is written. This was six years ago, for Gods sake drop it and move on.

Politics is perception.

I rember reading something about that. When they first went to electronic voting in the U.S. I wondered why they picked expensive, proprietary software when Australia had already been successfully using open source electronic voting software.
