I just want policy makers think hard about policies and look at negative consequences as well as the positive. President Bush is only one man, and there are plenty of things that happen that is out of his control. But when it's close its easy to yell FOUL!!!! NOT FAIR!!! Look what happened with Nixon and Kennedy. Nixon was smart and didn't challange it because he knew he'd be perceived as a spoiler even though he had a good case. His chance came. Gore and his advisors (right or wrong) didn't have the brains to do that. Now Gore could never win the presidency.
