The BIG WORD around is that as part of the Pellicano investigation, there appears to be a link to IFPI the RIAA and their lawyers. Sources inform us that there are other investigators (stemming from the Pellicano investigation) involved who have turned on their âmastersâ and these are pointing directly at IFPI and RIAA. Wiretapping of defendants with their own lawyers?. Who was ordering it? Could this put people in hot water? You bet! This is the start of the end for the so called “associations” !

Were are the songwriter organizations ASCAP, BMI and the foreign counterparts.

Are they not songwriter organizations / unions?

Why have they nothing to say on the matter on behalf of songwriters and the royalties they are to get from Apple?

It seam’s to me that the man from Beeb took your views on. It worth taking note that BBC have broadcast programes like Click (use Click Online, which is IT/Comms program) which is broadcasted weekly on BBC News 24. Where they did not in my view attack p2p as such as this was broadcasted only few weeks ago.

I think BBC is geting the message and is not as lazy some of others it just takes time.
