It is the the people who can judge what is acceptable behaviour of business and if the behaviour is unacceptable the laws shall be changed if mandated by the people. Who are these people to judge what is “deemed acceptable” for the consumer (the people)?

It is the the people who can judge what is acceptable behaviour of business and if the behaviour is unacceptable the laws shall be changed if mandated by the people.
