		<description>What passes for Broadband in Australia is laughable. Maybe the survey makes some feel more comfortable about the failure of their government to insist that telcos proide broadband services that are comparable to thos in developed nations.

As for p2p and consumers, its only because they've spent so much on the mad prosecution of new technologies and that they now need to justify having spent so much of their artist's money that no-one down there has taken up p2p. Eventually someone's going to get very embarrassed by their  attitude to new technology. One thing for sure it will not be the lawyers who must ave creamed it</description>
