The Jay-Z Construction Set toolkit comes with everything you’ll need, including software, to create a new remix of Jay-Z’s Black Album, says the web page here.
With nine different variations on the Black Album, more than 1200 clip art images and, “a couple hundred meg of classic samples and breaks,” you get everything you need.

But be warned: they’re out of context, “so you’ll get 404’s when you click through to the real content (clip art, mp3s, samples, etc.) but it should be enough to give you a good idea of just how much you are getting when you download the Jay-Z Construction Set,” says the site, which also points out:
"It must be said that the elements necessary to create a full album remix were already in the hands of everyone with an internet connection. All of the music, software, and images included with the Jay-Z Construction Set were found somewhere online. The service that the Jay-Z Construction Set provides is editorial in nature. We are ripping through the information glut in the hopes that it will inspire new artists to add their voices to the cacophony."

man oh man, I CANNOT get my hands on this jay-z construction set. I figure myself to be capable of finding it online, but it’s like it doesn’t exists. People just talk about it, but who has it, and where can it be found? Bittorrent and all of my P2P programs provided to be useless.
