The article is right on target, but in the above phrase "music" was left out. American music publishers, with their bag of polished legal trick contracts went south and for nothing or a drink (as Cuban claimed in their legal fight in British court) aquired the musical legacy of the poor countries. As a result the most successful music in the world only benefited the Americans who pirated the music. Real piracy here.
