It's just so hard to believe... Downloads are licensed music where the consumer is concerned but are considered purchases when it comes to the lables paying royalties to artists. How convienient. Not surprizing. The lables have consistantly shown themselves to be scammers of the lowest order for much longer than most music fans have been alive.
