		<description>Someone who doesn&#039;t know computers would probably not know these 2 facts. The fact is that the general public is just plain dumb. I work with the public everyday. We have an instruction form that outlines what to do if we step out or are gone for the day. The workorder form itself is designed so that people know where they fill in information. Bright red, bold print tells the customer to not fill in a particular area that we use. Invariably, people must think they know more than we do, because they fill in the area we need to use.

You&#039;d also be surprised at some of the things that people do. Some is laughable, and some is just bewildering leaving you shaking your head.</description>
