Online hate monger jailed
p2p news / p2pnet: Last October a Canadian Federal Court ordered white supremacist Tomasz Winnicki to stop spreading hate online.
The injunction was to remain until the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal had ruled on a complaint against Winnicki.
But he ignored the order and his messages continued to have, “the same vile content and the unrelenting message of hatred for Jews and contempt for people of the Black race and/or immigrants,” Justice Konrad von Finckenstein said, jailing him for nine months.
“In obscenity-laced messages on a U.S.-based neo-Nazi website, Mr. Winnicki attacked the tribunal, the Canadian court system, multiculturalism and the Canadian Human Rights Commission,” says the Canadian Press.
Bernie Farber, ceo of the Canadian Jewish Congress, is quoted as saying, “This was of the most obnoxious, passionate hatred that one could put out on the Internet, and basically Winnicki just didn’t give a damn.
Winnicki also faces criminal charges in Toronto after weapons were found in a car on its way to a rally in support of deported neo-Nazi Ernst Zundel in 2004, adds the story.
In 2004, von Finckenstein dashed the CRIA’s (Canadian Recording Industry Association of America) hopes of forcing Canadian ISPs to hand over the names of clients said to have been sharing music with each other online.

Too bad you guys didn’t join the Americans and kick the Brits out, when you had the chance after the American Revolution. Now look at yourselves. No freedom. No rights. Can’t even speak freely. Still, not too late. It’s high time for a revolution in Canada. Kick the bums out and join the USA. Maybe, then, you’ll have a few rights. About time. Congratulations to the young Pollock. Say the wrong thing in public and the gov’t throws you in jail for a thought crime. Some ‘free’ country, eh?
Another funny thing, ever notice these thought-crime laws are only ever enforced when someone says something objectionable about a JEW?
If any Canadians reading this even *think* they live in a free country, don’t kid yourself, people here in Canada are just as complacent and down-right dumb as the typical suburban American when it comes to protecting freedoms. They think protecting freedom is done by sending storm-troopers to foreign lands and killing brown people.
All it takes is a stroke of the pen to overcome your so-called ‘freedom’ and there isn’t a damn thing any of you pussies will do about it except roll over and spread your ass-cheeks.
PEOPLE ARE JUST TOO DUMB TO PRESERVE THEIR OWN FREEDOM. Canada is clearly no exception.

I’m a Jew, but I would be very cautious about saying anything about a homosexual. If I were a Christian, I would also be wary about saying anything about a homosexual or Islam. Unfortunately people seem to think that they have a right to not be offended. Hata speech is exactly that, speech. If I do not like what White Supremecists say about Jews, then I simply DON’T LISTEN. However, if White Supremecists come to my home and mess with my family or me, then I break out the guns and do battle. I am not going to infringe on their RIGHT to free speech simply becuse I do not like what they are saying. We need freedom to be restored to both U.S. and Canada.
