p2pnet.net News:- Eastman Kodak says it’s filed a suit in a New York Federal Court against Japan’s Sony Corp alleging that Sony infringed on 10 of Kodak’s patents .

Kodak, based in Rochester, New York, says Sony products use technology invented by Kodak, including an "electronic camera utilizing image compression and digital storage," says a Reuters story here.
