Stevens is either talking complete utter bullshit (aka lying) or his staff are in such disarray that it takes them several days to retrieve an email. Either way, incompetence or complicity... Stevens is doing the American people... and the internet as a whole... an injustice by mischaracterising the problem as a serious issue... when it's far from that.
