Can we the people then sue the newspaper for all the fraudulent and defective products and services that are advertised or placed there, starting with horoscopes and medical advise by "weight loss doctors"? Can we the people then sue the pastor of religions not my own for his/her fraudulent link to theri "illegal" God? Can we the people then sue e-bay for linking to a seller of pirated software? Can we also sue Google too? Why should it be that only the Big Four Organized Music labels and other cartels be the only ones making a profit from the lawsuit racket? I say thet the racket should be made available only to the people, as owners of government and its laws that allow the racket to flourish.
