The following have also fostered infringement by promoting massive home copying. These have induced plain law ignorant folks into becoming criminal infringing thieves:

-Sony and other blank cassette makers.
-Sony and other cassette recording devices.
-IBM and other personal computer manufacturers.
-RIAA members, by switching to digital recordings.
-Record stores by selling copyable records.
-Sony and other makers of blank CDs.
-Apple and othe mp3 file playes by making mp3 files “must have” to teenagers.
-The Beatles and others, by making the more expensive records or copies thereof “must have” to teenagers.
-Parents and educators, who never spoke to children how evil it was to share music with friends. Also they did not explain to children how the legal system was a trap.
