Madonna sues Dr Dre

p2pnet.net News:- The corporate music world is a nasty place.

Not only are the Big Four labels, Warner Music, EMI, Vivendi Universal and Sony BMG, suing their own customers, Madonna’s publishing company is going after Dr. Dre, Mary J. Blige and Eve.

‘Not Today,’ featured on the official ‘Barbershop 2′ soundtrack, says Hip Hop Galaxy, going on to quote Celebrity Justice as stating Madonna’s firm claims the songs are, “just too similar”.

According to the story, Judith Finell, “the top musicologist,” says, “Both the pitches and the rhythms sound closely related. I don’t think they’re identical, because Madonna’s song is in what we call ‘major key’ and Mary J Blige’s song is in a minor key.”

If the case goes to court the three music stars could face loosing up to $15 million to the plaintiffs, adds Hip Hop Galaxy.

Oh, those beefs are in the tradition of Mary J. Blige’s rendition–eXtremely minor. Spoken X Digital Media Group is not so pleased to announce the delivery of Literati X’s historical derivatives to
    (30) unmentioned and un-named world wide companies without sitting
down with the 200% BMI songwriter for a cup of coffee and asking for the permission (s) . Like Steve Jobs once pronounced–Bob Dylan is the most respected poet and musician of our times and Literati X wholeheartedly agree: If someone respected Literati X like someone repected Mr. Dylan, then someone would not be in Manhattan Federal Court with an injunction slipped up their ass like an enema waiting for the 550 lb bags of one hundred dollar bills to drop out of their big Music butts: “Sound of Literati” witness the powerful eXperience of the spoken word eXplosion as Literati X attempt to become a billionaire poet. . .

Passing through to shout on my old friends at P2P net. You guys have always been there from the start and through this entire evolution of the digital music debacle. It’s been a good while but I finally caught up with my stolen intellectual property on Wall Street. It’s always going to be a real-deal scoop when the billionaire poet { Literati X } come through. After 122 trillion sold, I’m the first one standing on line at the window of the Bank of International Settlements–better known as the B.I.S.
