Dell in SEC probe
p2pnet.net News:- A investigation by the US financial regulator has forced Dell to delay its financial results.
And in addition to the SEC probe, “the company now says that the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York has subpoenaed documents relating to the firm’s financial reporting since 2002,” says Out-Law.com.
Dell said that it, “may have misstated financial reports in the past” and says it’s, “co-operating” with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) probe, says the story.
Last month Dell was forced to recalls 4.1M “exploding” Sony batteries, and the company has also been accused of making false advertising claims in China.

I am of the opinion that any company that spend more on advertising than they do on R+D will eventually get what they deserve.
There are rumours this will turn into a VERY BIG story.
