p2pnet.net News:- Skype is touting a beta version for Mac 2.0 which for the first time allows Mac users, “to make free video calls to anyone else on Skype regardless of whether they use the Windows or Mac platform,” it says.

Skype for Mac OS X 2.0 requires a Mac with Mac OS X v10.3.9 Panther or newer, a G4, G5, or Intel processor running at a minimum of 800 MHz, 512 MB RAM, 40 MB free disk space, and an Internet connection.

The company also announced Skype for Mac OS X 1.5 Gold.
