		<description>thats quite an amazing statistic.  Not so much the ones about the p2p clients but the one about internet security.  I have never been a user of these types of programs as my old boss i had as a younger teen always told me that norton products tend to cause more problems than they fix.  Nice to know he was quite right.  

i wouldn't have thought that the bt clients would increase boot time by up to 2 seconds though that is quite odd.  I would think the resource takeover would occur when the client is running and hardly effect the boot up time of the PC itself.</description>
