P2Pnet.net respects the intellectual property rights of others and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe a user of the Service Applications or P2Pnet.net Service is infringing your copyright or the copyright of any third party, please notify P2Pnet.net in accordance with the following procedure:

Each notification must include the following information: (i) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed, (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works, (iii) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed, or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit P2Pnet.net to locate the material, (iv) information reasonably sufficient to permit P2Pnet.net to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which you may be contacted; (v) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and (vi) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

In the event of any copyright or other intellectual property infringement claim, you acknowledge and agree that as between P2Pnet.net and any provider of a mobile application platform, P2Pnet.net, and not any provider of a mobile application platform, will be solely responsible for the investigation and discharge of any such claim.
